Cialis.
Cialis (tadalafil) can be prescribed if some male patient is unable to get a stable erection and needs to be taking some medicine to help him with it. Cialis should never be combined with nitrate-based medicines, such as amyl nitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, nitroglycerin, or butyl nitrate. You must tell your doctor if you are already taking some other medications and are planning on taking them together with Cialis. The following ones are important to report: cimetidine, erythromycin, diltiazem, clarithromycin, carbamazepine, isoniazid, phenobarbital, HIV protease inhibitors, sertraline, nefazodone, other erectile dysfunction treatments, ethosuximide, medications for high blood pressure, lovastatin, antifungals, alpha blockers, rifabutin, amiodarone, zafirlukast, rifampin, delavirdine, danazol, efavirenz, and metronidazole. You may need a lower dose of Cialis or your condition will be monitored to make sure you are benefitting from the treatment as much as possible. You will also need to keep in mind sometimes serious side effects are possible (although they are quite rare). In most cases, however, you will get just a few mild side effects, such as muscle pain, headache, warmth or redness in your face, memory problems, upset stomach, sore throat, diarrhea, or stuffy nose.
